Capital Campaign 2023-2025

Power and Grace Preparatory Academy is growing in its enrollment and impact. In looking to the future of PGPA, we must facilitate a learning environment for students and educators alike that champions academic excellence as an attainable and plausible goal. With that desire in mind, we have found the ideal property to make that vision happen and seek funds to build on the 337 Peterson Lane property. This 21-acre property that sits in the heart of the city will allow PGPA to more than double our capacity and expand our current pre-k3 through the 5th-grade program to include 6th through 8th grades. This growth potential would mean that our preparatory academy would have its future home!

To make this possible, we have launched Empowered by Education/Saved by Grace, a capital campaign for Power and Grace Preparatory Academy.

Since launching the campaign in September 2020, we are excited to announce that we have reached nearly 200,000 in gifts and pledges. In addition, 100% of our board, faculty, and staff have committed to this campaign! We hope that you will prayerfully consider joining us in this important endeavor. Partnering with ShareBuilt

ShareBuilt is a collaborative organization that supports non-profit organizations by connecting them with professional organizations in Architecture, Engineering and Construction.  ShareBuilt facilitates community service by coordinating with non-profit organization and experts seeking to assist in the conceptualization, design and construction of buildings and new spaces for individuals, churches, schools and other types of non-profit organizations.

Recently, ShareBuilt received a discretionary grant from Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee (CFMT). These funds will be used to support their operational programs, and will directly help them to be the bridge between local nonprofits with design and construction needs and the design and construction firms critical to success.

CFMT awarded more than $2.8 million in grants to 435 nonprofit organizations as part of the 2023 annual grantmaking process.

“As ShareBuilt enters our third year, operational grants such as this are essential to our growth and structure to meet the growing needs of nonprofits in Middle Tennessee,” said Steve Kuhn, ShareBuilt founder.

ShareBuilt is a 501(c)(3) public charity and all contributions to support their work of helping nonprofits and those in need of new or renovated facilities are fully tax deductible.

Growth and Prosperity

“As we strive for excellence, I am enthusiastically looking forward to the partnerships we have with families and supporters that will result in a successful campaign. The relationships that we have currently, and the new relationships we will form in the future, will ensure that our students will have the resources, both financial and otherwise, to reach their full potential. Each gift makes an impact, and each child is worth it!”
